Welcome to Aitegel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Aitegel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the Aitegel website and all associated services
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Task" refers to any activity posted on the Platform for completion
• "Earnings" refers to money credited to your account for completed tasks

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not create multiple accounts

3.2 Account Security:

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account

4. User Obligations

As a user of Aitegel, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate proof of task completion
• Complete tasks according to the instructions provided
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete tasks
• Not attempt to manipulate or defraud the system
• Not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
• Not share your account with others
• Not post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

5. Tasks and Earnings

5.1 Task Completion:

• Tasks must be completed as per the specific instructions provided
• Proper proof of completion must be submitted (screenshot, URL, username, etc.)
• Task submissions are subject to admin review and approval
• We reserve the right to reject any submission that doesn't meet requirements

5.2 Earnings:

• Earnings are credited only after task approval
• Pending earnings may take 24-48 hours for approval
• We reserve the right to adjust or reverse earnings if fraud is detected
• Task rewards are displayed in USD and may be converted to PKR

5.3 Task Availability:

• Task availability is subject to change without notice
• Daily limits may apply to certain tasks
• We do not guarantee the availability of tasks at all times

6. Referral Program

• You may earn 10% commission on your referrals' approved earnings
• Referral commissions are subject to the same approval process as task earnings
• Self-referrals or fake referrals will result in account suspension
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

7. Payments and Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply based on payment method
• You must provide valid payment account details
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
• Payment processing times may vary by method

7.2 Payment Methods:

• Available payment methods are subject to change
• We are not responsible for errors in payment details provided by you
• Transaction fees may apply based on the payment method

• Refunds are subject to verification and approval

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
• Submitting false or fraudulent proof of task completion
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the system
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform
• Engaging in any form of spam or abuse
• Violating any third-party terms of service while completing tasks
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Misrepresenting yourself or providing false information

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
• Withhold or forfeit earnings if fraud or abuse is detected
• Block access to the Platform for prohibited activities
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities

9.2 Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to violation
• Approved earnings may be paid at our discretion

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform is owned by Aitegel or its licensors
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• The Aitegel name and logo are our trademarks
• User-generated content remains the property of the user but grants us a license to use it

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of task information
• We are not responsible for third-party services or websites
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitegel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of earnings in your account.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aitegel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
